You know this place is cool before you walk the through the door. Located in an old gas station, Copper Star also serves breakfast and brunch. It also has a drive-thru for coffee lovers on the run.

This place is a taste of Africa in central Phoenix and it is serious about its coffee. A T Oasis serves 100% Ethiopian coffee and imports the coffee beans directly from Ethiopian farmers.
