You've probably noticed we've been missing a huge part of our news team lately. ABC15 Sports anchor Craig Fouhy suffered a heart attack while on the treadmill Jan. 16 and has been at home recovering.

If you know Craig, he's a workout fanatic, spending an hour and a half on the treadmill almost every day. As he wrote on Facebook afterward, he never thought it would happen to him.

"About 80 minutes into my workout (although I was pushing it a bit because I felt great) when my heart started to pound out of my chest. It was the first time I’d ever had to shut down the machine and try to calm my heart and my breathing. But even then, I didn’t think I was having a heart attack," he said in the Facebook post. "I got back on the treadmill (twice, because I had a second attack when I climbed back on the first time). Some of you can relate to this: I had to finish my workout! But it was a heart attack and thankfully, my wife, Kimb convinced me to go to the hospital and get checked out."

As it turns out, listening to Kimb saved his life.

Fouhy needed a stent in one artery and a balloon angioplasty, and he has since been recovering.

We can't wait for him to get back to work!
