Here's a healthy reminder that, if you're going to troll on Twitter, make sure you troll the right person.

Last week, Washington State football coach Mike Leach drew the ire of Arizona State football fans (and coach Todd Graham) by asserting the Sun Devils have a "command center" for stealing signals from opponents. Then on Monday, Leach angered another fan base by being critical of bandwagon "yuppie" Chicago Cubs fans.

In response, Twitter users let Mike Leach know what they thought of all this -- except they directed their fire at the wrong Mike Leach.

Instead, former Arizona Cardinals long snapper Mike Leach was the recipient of many a nasty tweet intended for the Cougars football coach -- but rather than get upset about it, the 40-year-old former Cardinal who retired after last season decided to have some fun with the ridiculousness.

Leach actually wasn't 100 percent clear why he was receiving these tweets until a helpful follower cleared it up for him Tuesday morning.

As Leach's Twitter bio reads: "I see things upside down, yet somehow it all makes sense."
