HOUSTON — The Indianapolis Colts scored the game's first 21 points and held on for a 21-7 win over the host Houston Texans in the first NFL Wild Card game of the weekend Saturday.

Colts quarterback Andrew Luck threw for 222 yards and two touchdowns, and running back Marlon Mack rushed for 148 yards and a score. The Colts will move on to face the top-seeded Kansas City Chiefs next weekend, while the AFC South champion Texans are done for the season.

Texans QB Deshaun Watson threw for 235 yards with a touchdown and an interception in a losing effort. The Colts started the season 1-5 but have won 10 of their last 11 games.

The Texans' seven points are tied for the second-lowest by a home playoff team in the last 10 years.
