Owned and operated by veteran Zaaron Williams. The friendly world traveler visited Hungary and fell in love with kürtőskalács, a Hungarian cake that rotates on a spit. When he returned the Arizona, Williams realized not one cafe in the entire state served these festive treats and that is how AZ Chimney Cakes came to be. The possibilities are endless with chimney cakes: you can fill them and top the with just about anything! Want a dessert? Snack? Meal? All possible when it comes to the tubular pastry.
