Owned and operated by veteran Zaaron Williams. The friendly world traveler visited Hungary and fell in love with kürtőskalács, a Hungarian cake that rotates on a spit. When he returned the Arizona, Williams realized not one cafe in the entire state served these festive treats and that is how AZ Chimney Cakes came to be.
