It's no secret Archie Bradley is a baseball fan favorite. A California family is showing us how he's as good to his fans as he is on the field.

Lily Ammon first met Bradley when she was eight.

"We were at the Triple-A team in Reno," she said. "There was about a 45-minute rain delay, and we had to wait, and Archie just sat and talked to me the whole time."

That interaction would stick with Lily. It was beginning of her love for baseball and Bradley.

"It's just been an awesome experience traveling all over to see him play and it's something she really enjoys," said dad Jeff Ammon. "As a dad, I like watching her."

This week, the northern California family took a road trip down to the desert for the Diamondbacks and Dodgers series.

Jeff tweeted at Bradley months ago, asking when season tickets would go on sale.

Bradley replied almost immediately, offering the family tickets and a tour of Chase Field.

"It wasn't that long ago, I was a little kid, and it's one of those experiences that can be something you never forget," Bradley said. "And who knows what it can do for that family."

"It is the coolest thing I've ever done," Lily said.

"The whole ticket experience, we never asked him for tickets or anything, he just volunteered to get us tickets and told us to come hang out," Jeff explained.

It was a series to remember for the Ammon family, and for Archie Bradley.

"It's a cool way to give back and for me, just shows how much I appreciate little things like that," Bradley said.
