DOUGLAS, AZ — Crews restored water at a southeastern Arizona prison where inmates had to use bottled water and portable toilets over the weekend.
County crews responded to an initial water supply issue late Friday afternoon at the Douglas Prison following a reported water outage.
After bringing the system back on line, a leak was discovered, officials say.
Crews located the Monday afternoon repaired it, and resumed the prison's water supply.
