Apple launches keyboard fix for some MacBook models

Apple is offering a free fix for some of its MacBook laptops.

The company says certain models may need the entire keyboard replaced.

According to Apple some complaints include, letters repeating unexpectedly, letters not appearing on screen, and keys stuck in position.

Nine different models are affected including:

MacBook (Retina, 12--inch, Early 2015) 
MacBook (Retina, 12--inch, Early 2016) 
MacBook (Retina, 12--inch, 2017) 
MacBook Pro (13--inch, 2016, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports) 
MacBook Pro (13--inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports) 
MacBook Pro (13--inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) 
MacBook Pro (13--inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) 
MacBook Pro (15--inch, 2016) 
MacBook Pro (15--inch, 2017)

If you have already paid for a replacement or fix Apple says it is offering refunds.
If not, the computer will need to be dropped at an Apple Store or mailed in to be serviced.
