Authorities say a woman hiding a knife in her bra allegedly stabbed and killed a homeless man at a Phoenix park.

Phoenix Police report that on Thursday afternoon they arrested 31-year-old Raquel Nichole Winters for fatally stabbing a man on Jan. 2. Police say Winters had several confrontations with people at University Park near 10th Avenue and Van Buren Street.

Police were called when Winters allegedly stabbed a man in the chest, officials said. When police questioned Winters, she was seen with a knife inside a sheath in her bra.

The victim died from his injuries after a week in the hospital.

Police contacted Winters after getting a search warrant to analyze the blood on the knife. Lab results were returned this week, that showed the blood on the knife belonged to the victim.

Winters says she stabbed the man because he groped her and had a history of touching women in inappropriate ways.

Winters is being held on a $750,00 bond and has been charged with second-degree murder.
