A Goodyear man has been arrested for multiple sex crimes against children that occurred over the past 23 years.
Police say 48-year-old Michael Dwayne Baker has been committing sex crimes against children since he was 24 years old.
The five victims range in age from 5 to 14-years old.
Baker was facing charges in California in 1995 when he allegedly fled to Arizona.
Police say he committed the crimes in various cities in Maricopa County.
He is being held on a $250,000 bond on charges of sexual conduct with a minor, child molestation, indecent exposure, and sexual abuse.
