We’re still broken up after the tribute episode to Luke Perry, who passed away earlier this year, but now it’s time to wipe away the tears and gear up for the meat and bones of season four.

It’s the first day of senior year in Chapter Fifty-Nine: Fast Times at Riverdale High. Episode two is considered to be the actual season premiere, picking up right after season three’s finale. Here’s what you can expect:

New school who dis?

While our main characters take their familiar roles at school with Archie playing football, and Betty on the cheer squad, we’ll see some new faces, and maybe even a new school altogether. Mad Dog is now a Bulldog, but Jughead might be headed off to greener pastures with an offer to attend a more elite school.

Cheryl being Cheryl

Mr. Weatherbee is out as principal at Riverdale High, which means Cheryl Blossom has some new competition for head of the class. Mr. Honey is the school’s new principal, and to no surprise, he butts heads with Cheryl.

More legal drama

New details of Hiram Lodge’s arrest are leaked, and a quick clip shows paparazzi at Riverdale High either trying to capture Veronica Lodge or Archie Andrews. Both are seen avoiding the cameras by ducking into what appears to be a classroom.

Meanwhile, we are still being teased about Jughead’s disappearance with another clip of a search party in the woods. Look for Riverdale to return to form with Chapter Fifty-Nine: Fast Times at Riverdale High airing Wednesday night at 7 p.m. on Your Phoenix CW channels 6 & 61.1.
