Thinking of escaping this Arizona summer heat?
Don't pay full price for an airline ticket, I found a free app that will tell you the best time to fly for your wallet.
It's called Hopper.
And all you have to do is tell the app where you want to go and it shows you a calendar with a price breakdown.
So for example, I want to go to Miami.
Immediately the app shows me a color coded calendar with date and price options.
It then shows you its predictions --- Its advice, wait for a better price, but book before May 2.
When you choose to “watch the trip”, Hopper will alert you when the price is about to drop and let you know the date you should book before the price goes up.
The app even gives you more tips to make your trip cheaper, like choosing a different airport.
My trip immediately got $100 cheaper just by choosing to fly to Fort Lauderdale versus Miami.
And you can book the flight directly on the app.
So now you can make your summer plans quicker and cheaper.
