MESA, AZ - Mesa police are still asking the public for any information after a father of three was found shot and killed over a year ago.

Police say on the morning of June 26, 2016, they responded to a motel near Main Street and Alma School Road for a welfare check call. As officers arrived, they found Joshua Aguilera lying face down with an apparent gunshot wound.

One of the men seen leaving the area was described as 5 feet, 8 inches to 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with long, dark hair in a ponytail.
