Phoenix police are looking for a 33-year-old man who was reported missing after walking his dog on Wednesday.
Alexander Ray Burciaga was last seen near 35th and West Glendale avenues.
His dog was reportedly found in a local pound, but he has not yet been located.
Police say he has a diminished mental capacity due to a brain injury.
Burciaga is a Hispanic man, just over 6 feet tall and 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair, and has a "horse" tattoo over his left eyebrow. He has other tattoos on his arms and legs.
