Police have arrested a man who is accused of several acts of sexual indecency and voyeurism, dating back to 2013.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, Robert Keith, 26, was arrested on Wednesday after investigations were completed on several incidents involving indecent exposure acts.
When Keith was detained, he confessed to several acts of sexual indecency and voyeurism. He also said he was using drugs while committing these crimes.
Police are connecting to the man to as many as 20 acts that date back to 2013.
Police say in the most recent incidents, Keith would approach the same window and look inside.
