Lego Ninjango Movie Display: Celebrate the LEGO Ninjango movie with a large-scale city with scenes from the movie created entirely from LEGO bricks. Sept 15-17 & Sept 22-24. Champ Cancer Hope & Awareness 5K Run/Walk: The event features a 5k Run/Walk, Community Breakfast, Interactive Booth Fair, CHAMPion Walk to celebrate those who have beaten cancer, support those still fighting, and honor those children who have gained their wings. The event offers a meaningful way for students and businesses to volunteer and make a difference in Impacting the Outcome of Childhood Cancer.  Proceeds from the event are distributed among the participating nonprofit organizations. Messy Fest: Messy Fest is a family-friendly event of epic proportions, with this year's festivities set to include more activities, a larger rinse zone and more opportunities for mess-making than ever before. From massive mud and mashed potato mosh pits to slime zones, mud obstacle courses, food fights, grape stomps and ice scream slip-and-slides, Messy Fest lives up to its motto, "Life's too short to play clean," and a portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Phoenix Children's Hospital's Camp Rainbow. 9am-2pm. Veterinary Medicine Open House: Discover the world of animal healthcare and get a behind the scenes look at the state's only veterinary school. Free family activities and demos will include tours of the animal clinics, pet safety, dog CPR, animal forensics, horse grooming, teddy bear surgery (so be sure to bring your injured small stuffed animal for repair), take a look at the life of a vet student, learn how to become a vet and much more. 9am-3pm.
