The massive shake you're going to want to try at Hotel Valley Ho's ZuZu Restaurant

We've managed to find another over-the-top dessert shake in the Valley. 

Chef Audrey Enriquez, 28, is the lead pastry chef at Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale. She is behind "The Show Stopper," an American-sized and fully decorated shake mixed at ZuZu, the hotel's in-house restaurant.

Each month, she comes up with a new concoction. That means each month there is a new shake to try.

July's dessert is strawberry shortcake-themed and it is loaded with everything strawberry. Stewed strawberries. Strawberry ice cream. Strawberry crunch. A whole Strawberry Crunch ice cream bar. Fresh strawberries. And, of course, a white chocolate-dipped strawberry with pink candies.

Watch the video above to see how this monstrosity is made. But, be prepared to be hungry after.

Even though July is nearly over, the August shake will most likely not be unveiled until the middle of the month, so you still have time to take in the Strawberry Shortcake one, we're told.

The previous two shake themes were banana cream pie, and peanut butter and pretzel.
