Thousands of SRP and APS customers without power across the Valley

APACHE JUNCTION, AZ - Thousands of Salt River Project and Arizona Public Service power and water customers are without power after monsoon storms moved through the Valley Monday. 

According to the SRP outage map as of Tuesday morning, at least 7,000 customers across the Valley are without power due to the storms, the majority of the customers impacted are in the Mesa and Apache Junction areas.

It is unknown when power will be restored, but SRP officials say crews are working diligently to restore power to affected areas. You can check the latest SRP outages here.

SRP officials said the company has implemented its free ice distribution program due to the power outages. Customers can pick up a ten-pound bag of ice free of charge at the following location in Mesa:

  • 1141 S. Crismon Road, Mesa, AZ
