Already mired in controversy, former Ohio State assistant coach Zach Smith had sex toys delivered to the university and had photos of his penis taken during a White House visit in 2015, Stadium's Brett McMurphy reported Friday.

Per McMurphy, Smith "ordered more than $2,200 in sex toys, male apparel and photography equipment" and "took multiple photos of his penis inside the Ohio State coaches’ offices, inside the White House when the Buckeyes visited in 2015 and also photographed himself in the coaches’ offices receiving oral sex and having sex with a OSU staffer."

Ohio State players and coaches visited the White House following their 2014 national championship.

The report comes after Smith was fired in July after incidents of domestic violence came to light. Smith was arrested and charged with felony assault in 2009 while he was an assistant coach at Florida, and police were alerted to a domestic violence incident between Smith and his then-wife Courtney in 2015.

Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer originally denied that he was aware of the 2015 domestic violence allegations against Smith before he was fired, but McMurphy later obtained text messages that reportedly revealed Meyer was aware of the incident.

On Aug. 3, Meyer released a statement stating that he did, in fact, know about the incidents but followed proper procedures for reporting it. Meyer has been placed on administrative leave by Ohio State pending an investigation that the university said would be completed on Sunday.
