Terri O's Breakfast Puddin'
I have a lot of food sensitivities so this recipe is catered to my needs. If you like chia pudding you should cater the indgrediants to your likes!

This recipe makes 2 servings. I usually make mine in a large mason jar so that I can spoon out what I need in the morning. Keep in mind this is an overnight recipe. Put it together in the morning and breakfast is ready when you wake up!
1/2 cup whole chia seeds
1 1/2 cup oat or macadamia milk
Add those 2 ingredients to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.

Serving up your pudding:
Spoon over fruit of your choice. Top with nuts of your choice. Add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom if you like. To add a little sweet I use honey or agave. Super simple and yummy!

Susan's Juicing Recipes
Juicing is my new favorite thing! I invested in a masticating juicer which produces more juice, less waste.
Here are some of my favorite juicing recipes provided by nutrition expert, Madinah Simpson MSN, RN of Madinah's Living Farmacy. Madinah teaches plant-based nutrition and how to use food as medicine.
Be sure to use organic produce only!
*2 green zucchini, bundle fresh dandelion leafs, 1/2 bundle kale, 1 apple, 3 inch piece ginger root, 1/2 bundle parsley
*2 cucumbers, 1 head romaine, 1 apple, 1 bundle cilantro, 3 inch piece ginger root
*2 yellow zucchini, 1apple, 1 bundle kale, 1/2 bundle cilantro, 2 inch piece ginger root

Top 3 Juicing Tips
1. Always juice on an empty stomach. Wait to eat at least 45 min- 1 hour after juicing.
2. Drink plenty of water! Juicing pulls toxins from the organs and tissues and the toxins end up in the blood stream. Without proper hydration and water consumption to remove and flush the toxins from the blood may become very sick.
3. Toxins make you sick twice! When they come in the body and when they leave the body. Expect when you first start juicing to feel a bit weak or irritable maybe nauseated for a few days. Juicing is a powerful detox but once your body gets used to it and purges what's no longer serving you it will crave the deep cleanse daily!! Take it slow start with 16 oz daily.
