Friday, November 1
First Friday Night at the Museum: The family that plays together, stays together so get out and play! The Children's Museum of Phoenix will be open tonight, FREE of charge for everyone. This event is generously supported by Gila River Indian Community. 5-9pm. Children's Museum of Phoenix, 215 N. 7th St., Phoenix. 602-253-0501.

Saturday, November 2
Arizona Fall Festival: It doesn't get any more Arizona than this. The festival features food from many of Arizona's finest restaurants, local merchants and live entertainment. The Kid Zone includes face painting, bounce houses, a musical instrument museum, petting zoo, and a chance for kids to meet Clifford the Big Red Dog with PBS KIDS. There will also be a sport zone for dad and shopping from local vendors for mom. Free. 10am-4pm.Hance Park, 1242 N. Central Ave., Phoenix.

Sunday, November 3
Bug Fest: The biggest bug bash of the year is back! Enjoy cockroach races, butterfly and ladybug releases, insect petting zoos, crafts, edible insect treats and more! This event is free and recommended for bug-lovers of all ages. Free. 10am-2pm. OdySea in the Desert Courtyard, 9500 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale.
