Toybrary: Join us for a day of fun and play. Taking Turns Toybrary is a toy-lending library where families can check out quality, educational and (best of all!) FUN toys and games. At the end of the program, each child can borrow one toy at a time to play with at home for up to 2 weeks. 10:30-11:30am. Northwest Regional Library, 16089 N Bullard Ave., Surprise.

Flashlight Tours: Summer nights shine at the Garden with Flashlight Tours. All ages will have a blast getting hands-on during this self-guided nocturnal adventure through the Garden. Check out the night blooming plants, animals that come out after-dark plus grab some food and drink and chill out. 7am-9:30pm. Desert Botanical Gardens, 1201 N. Galvin Pkwy., Phoenix.
