BBQ Ribs
Prepare Ribs by peeling silver skin off the back of the rib
Massage dry rub into ribs and allow it to soak for 20-40 minutes
Smoke at 225 degrees for 5 hours checking every hour make sure that it is cooking correctly

BBQ Beef Sandwich
6 oz. of shaved thin sliced beef tenderloin
4 oz. of caramelized onion
1 hoagie roll
2 oz of bbq sauce

Cook meat in a saute pan with onion.
Pile into sliced hoagie roll and top with barbeque sauce.
All the sandwich to soak up the sauce for one minute
Enjoy!

Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce
4 cups of honey
1 & ½ cups of molasses
10 cans of ketchup
3 & ½ quarts of tomatoes peeled and pureed
3 cups of Worcestershire sauce
1 & ½ cups of Dark Brown sugar
¼ cup of paprika
1 tablespoon of granulated garlic
1 tablespoon of onion salt
24 oz. of Dr. Pepper soda
4 cups of Cider Vinegar
16 cups of Chicken Stock
¼ cup of ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and mix very well.
Bring mixture to 180-degree temperature (do not boil or reduce)
Let cool
