Southwestern Skillet
Ingredients:
● Chorizo, 4 oz
● Bacon, 2oz
● Poblano peppers, 1 cup
● Potatoes, 2 cups
● Ranch dressing, ½ cup
● Tomatoes, 2 whole
● Cheddar cheese 1 cup
● Eggs, 2
● Oil as needed
● Add salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Cook chorizo and bacon in oil
2. Add in chopped potatoes on high heat
3. Mix in ranch dressing
4. Add in peppers on medium heat
5. Add in chopped tomatoes on low heat
6. Mix in cheese until melted
7. In a separate pan cook eggs sunny side up
8. Add fried eggs on top of skillet mixture
9. Add salt and pepper to taste

Mama's Hummus
Ingredients:
● Garbanzo beans, 6 cans
● Parsley, 1 head
● Blended oil, shallow 6th of pan
● Lemon juice, 6th of pan
● Tahini, 6th of pan
● Pepper, 2 oz
● Granulated garlic, 6 oz
● Salt, 6 oz

Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients into 22 quart lexan
2. Blend until fully mixed

Gorgonzola Sauce
Ingredients:
● Minced garlic, 2 tbsp
● Chopped parsley, 1 head
● Gorgonzola, 16 oz
● Heavy cream, 1 ½ quart
● Granulated garlic, 2 tsp
● White vinegar, 1 tsp
● White pepper, 2 tsp
● Salt, 6 tsp
● Old bay seasoning, 1 tsp
● Sugar, 1 cup
● Oil, 3 tbsp
● Add salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Sauté garlic in oil for 15 seconds on high heat
2. Add in heavy cream on medium heat
3. Add in seasoning ingredients
4. Let simmer for 10 minutes
5. Add gorgonzola and let it melt
6. Add Parsley
7. Add salt and pepper to taste
