Friday, January 4
First Friday - Happy New Year: Celebrate the New Year with music, food, fun - and free general admission to the museum for the entire family (special exhibitions have a small fee). This event includes special activities for kids in the Sandra Day O'Connor Gallery, a family guide to help visitors encourage learning for young patrons and live music and activities. 6-10pm. Saturday, January 5
Winter Fest: Guests are invited to enjoy live music center stage while the kids play in the REAL SNOW at Winter Fest on Saturday, January 5th at OdySea in the Desert. Attendees will enjoy contests for prizes, bounce houses, rides, games, snowflake crafts, face painting, balloon artists and MORE! There will also be various local vendors onsite with merchandise for sale, special character guests and plenty of fun! 1-4pm. Odysea in the Desert, 9500 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale. Sunday, January 6
Night of the Three Kings: This Latino holiday commemorates the day when the three wise men followed the star to Bethlehem and arrived bearing their treasured gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh for the Baby Jesus. Enjoy a night of live mariachi music, specialty Mexican food, games, activities and a chance to meet the Three Kings! The Three Kings arrive at 6pm on camels.
