Antiwar protesters marched up and down Mill Avenue, bearing signs that read messages like "Stop the wars" and "Don't bomb Syria."

Protesters say any attack on President Assad's forces, in response to the regime's use of chemical weapons, would only fuel the conflict in Syria.

Demonstrators, who support United States involvement in Syria, also protested on Mill Avenue Saturday night.
