Tempe PD: Shots fired at Arizona Mills mall

TEMPE, AZ - Tempe police say they have one victim and are looking for suspects after a shooting at Arizona Mills mall Saturday night.

Sgt. Michael Pooley said that around 5:50 p.m. there was a confrontation between two groups in the parking lot and at least six shots were fired.

Pooley said they found one female victim.

Police were looking for a dark-colored Dodge Charger with damage to the rear windshield.

Dozens of cars were blocked in by police crime scene tape, keeping shoppers from leaving for up to an hour.

Around 9:30 p.m. Tempe police said the scene was cleared.
