One family has offered a sizeable reward to whoever can help reconnect them with two missing dogs.

Gemma and Toby were left at home near Southern and Baseline on Oct.14 but were not around when everyone returned home that evening and have not been seen since.

The dogs access the back yard through a doggy door, and the backyard is secured by a latched gate and cinder block to ensure the gate stays closed, according to Rescue Angels AZ, which is trying to help connect the family to its missing pets.

Tyler Truscio, the dogs' owner, put up fliers in all directions, including pet stores, veterinarian offices and restaurants, but with no luck.

The family is offering a $10,000 reward for the dogs' safe return, and a German Shepherd rescue has offered to help find a new dog for anyone who has since fallen in love with Gemma or Toby.

The dogs are young, about 8 or 9 months old, and are spayed/neutered and have microchips. They were wearing collars but not ID tags at the time they disappeared.

Gemma is a female German Shepherd who was wearing a white collar with polka dots. Toby is a Ridgeback male wearing a purple collar.
