TEMPE, AZ — A man was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the chest in a parking lot at Arizona Mills Mall Wednesday night.
Officers were called to the mall near Baseline Road and Priest Drive just before 8 p.m.
Tempe firefighters say the victim was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Fire crews originally said the man was 30-years-old. Tempe police later updated the man's age to be approximately 19-22 years old.
There is no suspect information at this time.
