Police are investigating after a man was shot near Grand Canyon University.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the shooting happened before 5 p.m. near 35th and Missouri avenues.
Officials say a man was shot in his hand and was taken to a hospital, however he is not cooperating with police at the moment.
