Officials investigating a crash in west Phoenix that has left one man dead and another injured.
Phoenix Fire was called to the area of 91st Avenue and Indian School Road around 8 a.m. Saturday after receiving reports of a serious two-car crash.

According to Phoenix Police, a 65-year-old man likely did not yield at a stop sign before entering Indian School Road from 89th Avenue. He was hit by a 23-year-old woman driving westbound.
The was pronounced dead at the scene and the woman suffered minor injuries but is expected to be OK.

The woman showed signs and symptoms of impairment is being charged with DUI, a police spokesperson said.
The two cars involved in the accident sustained significant damage An investigation remains ongoing.
