Valley teen, Noelle Holden, receives great-grandmother's car for Christmas (VIDEO)

PHOENIX - A Valley 16-year-old received a very special gift this Christmas -- a new car.

However, it's not just the new set of wheels or the freedom that she's excited about, but the car's previous owner: Her grandma.

In a video posted to Right This Minute , Noelle Holden, can be seen walking outside wearing a blindfold as her family guides her to a 2003 Red Mercury Grand Marquis.

As the blindfold is removed, Noelle says "it's a car," but when she realizes whose car it is, she immediately runs to it, gives it a hug and then sheds a few tears.

The vehicle belonged to her great grandmother who passed away earlier this year.
