PD: Phoenix hotel manager accused of sexually assaulting women

PHOENIX — A Valley hotel manager is behind bars, accused of sexually abusing and assaulting at least five women.

Police say between January of 2019 and June of 2020, 51-year-old Chandulal Dhanani reportedly grabbed women’s breasts during job interviews and in one instance, assaulted a guest at the hotel. Authorities say DNA evidence linked Dhanani to at least one of the crimes.

Authorities say the assaults happened at two different locations, a hotel near 52nd Street and McDowell Road and another at 51st Avenue and McDowell.

Dhanani is facing six counts of sexual abuse and one count of assault.
