Phoenix police were called out to a home near 25th Street and Indian School Road early Tuesday morning after reports of a man setting fires.
Police say the man set a couple of fires earlier Tuesday and had been yelling at neighbors and blocking the streets with recycling bins.
When police got on scene, the man had retreated into his home. SWAT was called and managed to get the man out where he was taken to the hospital for care.
