People who live in one Phoenix neighborhood are concerned after a pack of coyotes were spotted roaming the streets -- and this isn't the first time!

Neighbors who live near 7th Avenue and Bethany Home Road say coyote sightings are becoming a lot more common.

"I knew we had coyotes in our neighborhood, but I was surprised to see three in our yard!" explained Wendy Manning, who's lived in the same home for 18 years.

No more late night romps around the backyard for her two dogs, Mollie and Triscuit.

That decision, coming after a neighbor spotted two coyotes on a Ring doorbell video; other neighbors said a third coyote was spotted with this duo.

In the video, you can see one of the coyotes gets startled by a porch light that turns on. Experts suggest outdoor lighting as a way to deter coyotes in the first place.

From there, you can see another coyote following close behind in the video.

Coyote sightings are more typical in rural parts of the Valley, but wildlife experts say it's not at all out of the question to see them in more populated areas. They've been known to pop up in yards, golf courses, and parks, according to Arizona Game and Fish.

Manning says, she won't be letting her dogs out unattended anymore.

"Now, we'll be going out in the middle of the night and going out with them when they need to go out. So, that's going to disrupt our sleep," Manning said.
