Fourth Avenue Jail was placed on lockdown after police received a bomb threat Thursday morning.
Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Calbert Gillett said the threat on the facility was received just after 7 a.m., prompting an evacuation of all non-essential personnel.
The all-clear was given around 10:00 a.m. after no device was found.
