Three weeks later 19-year-old Kiera Bergman is still missing.

Her parents are back in the Valley to continue in the search for their daughter as her ex-boyfriend, alleged to be the last person to see her, walks out of jail.

A judge said that 23-year-old Jon Clark, arrested on unrelated charges, would be released Friday.

"I wasn't very happy when I heard that," said Kiera's mom, Kiersten Bragg.

The news of his release coming on the same day her family learns police now suspect foul play.

"To hear that from them that they do suspect foul play...it's heartbreaking," she said.

Clark was arrested last Friday.

Phoenix arrested him while interviewing him about Kiera's disappearance. A search of his car turned up several stolen ID's.

He was arrested and charged with 22 counts of aggravated felony theft and two counts of forgery.

Police have not given any indication that he has any connection to her disappearance. Kiera's family, however, remains suspicious.

"I believe he knows something," said Bragg. "Whether he has done something or he knows what has happened."

Bragg says, Clark was the last to see her daughter when he picked her up from work on August 4 and took her home. She says the two had a very rough relationship and were constantly breaking up.

Bragg says her daughter left her wallet, purse and ID at home -- something she would never do. She says she doesn't believe Kiera would just walk away without letting someone know where she is.

"It's hard because it's really, really complicated what has happened," Bragg says.

As police continue investigating her disappearance they're asking for any and all help.

"If you are hearing this Kiera, know that we all love you and miss you and wherever you're at, get to a phone, call us and let us know you're OK," said Kiera's dad Chris Bragg.
