Police are investigating after an Amazon delivery vehicle was stolen as the driver was making a delivery in a Phoenix neighborhood.
The driver reportedly got out of the vehicle to drop off a package near 36th Street and Camelback Road around 8:30 a.m. Sunday, when someone jumped in the truck and took off.
The vehicle is described as a white Dodge Ram pickup. Police at the scene said the truck has a #6 printed on the back, but Sgt. Mercedes Fortune said, "the truck does not have any obvious decals with a company name."
Fortune said officers are actively looking for the stolen vehicle, but there is no suspect information at this time.
