A pedestrian is dead after being struck by a car in Scottsdale Monday night.
According to Scottsdale Police officials, a man died as a result of his injuries after being hit by a car near 68th Street and Osborn Road.
Scottsdale police later identified the man as Raymond Elsroad.
Police say 68th Street was restricted for several hours.
