A Louisville, Ky. woman complained to Papa John's pizza earlier this week that her colleague, a Korean-American person, received a pizza with the name "Ching Ching" on the receipt attached to the pizza box.

The colleague, Laura Cheifetz, tweeted the pizza chain letting them know of the incident. Papa John's replied later in the day to apologize for the incident.

The company later announced that it had fired the employee responsible for the message.

“This action is inexcusable and doesn't reflect our company values," Papa John's said in a statement. "This employee is no longer a member of the PJ's team.”

Papa John's is based in Louisville, Ky., and currently has nearly 4,600 worldwide locations.
