On. Jan. 2, 2017, Disneyland's Hollywood Tower of Terror Hotel will check in (and check out) its final round of guests.

As Disney has already announced, the Tower of Terror attraction will close in early January so it can be redesigned and revamped into a new attraction for Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.

As with most major changes, some people are excited while others are not.

On Monday, Disney gave the public an inside look at what the new attraction -- Guardian's of the Galaxy - Mission: Breakout! -- will look like with a video posted on Youtube.

It will be designed as a large warehouse and power plant known as the "Collector's Fortress" and will be "packed with all of his rare, irreplaceable collections from around the world," said Disney Imagineer Joe Rohde in the video.

The model showed a lot of reflective reds, golds and silvers on the exterior, along with satellites and piping.

"It really has a lot of different design elements that all come together," said Imagineer John Mauro in the video.

The revamped attraction is slated to open Summer 2017.
