A recent undercover ABC15 investigation exposed a convicted felon posing as a doctor and operating a medical clinic outside the law.
But it wasn't the first time Craig Allen Scherf was investigated by ABC15.
In 2005, a former reporter exposed Scherf in almost the exact same circumstances. He was operating a health and wellness clinic without a license.
Officials from multiple agencies told ABC15 they were investigating. But apparently, nothing happened.
