10 Valley companies hiring workers now

PHOENIX - If you are currently out of the workforce or looking for a new job, there are hundreds of employers looking for workers in the Valley. We found these companies and more on indeed.com, simplyhired.com and jobing.com.

If you love fashion and have great customer service skills Eco Chic Consignment is looking for you. They're the parent company for "My Sister's Closet," "My Sister's Attic" and "Well Suited." There are a few openings in the Valley for administrative clerk, accounting support, furniture mover/driver, gemologist and sales. It's back-to-school time and the kids are needing haircuts. Great Clips is hiring stylists for shops all over the Valley, from Scottsdale to Avondale and Peoria, to Casa Grande and Maricopa.

Walmart is also looking to fill positions all over the Valley. The jobs range from pharmacist and optometrist, to lift driver, unloader processor, replenishment driver, orderfiller full case, and Sam's customer service associate.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has a few openings posted this week. They include mail clerk, contract specialist, physician, medical support assistant, psychiatrist and primary care physician.

Snack specialists Snyders-Lance, Inc. is advertising for two positions. They are for a third shift packaging associate and maintenance associate.

The New Foundation needs to hire behavioral health specialists. They're also looking to fill other positions including case manager, maintenance assistant, clinical director, clinician/therapist and behavioral health technician supervisor.

A part-time merchandiser is needed for Revlon products. You will work in Mesa and the job is permanent.

Ace Parking Management, Inc. is not only hiring valets, but for many other positions. Those include site manager, assistant manager, customer service representative, maintenance, cashier and HR generalist.

Kids will be heading back to school in a few weeks and the Roosevelt School District is working to fill its ranks. The open positions include bus drivers, school attendance clerk II, school social workers, nurses, operations specialists, math coaches, bus assistants, cafeteria managers, teachers and many more.

Entry level positions are available with Arizona Team. They're looking for account executives in sales/advertising. It's a full time job with a high school diploma required and a college degree preferred.

And finally, a career fair will be held on Monday, July 15 in Phoenix. More than 40 employers will be on hand for the Greater Phoenix Job Fair to be held at the Phoenix Airport Marriott at 1101 North 44th Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is being hosted by LocalWork.com . Professional resume experts will also be on hand. Some of the companies signed up for the career fair include GoDaddy, IBM, Bashas', Waste Management, Boeing and Liberty Mutual.
