10 Valley companies hiring workers now

If you're looking for a career fair this week, check out one being held on Monday, December 9 in Phoenix. Coast-to-Coast Career Fairs is holding their event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport located at 427 N. 44th Street, Phoenix AZ 85008. Some of the participants include Go Daddy.com, PayPal, Dish Network, New York Life, Carrington College, Mobile Mini, USAA and more.

Perceptis has a call center in Phoenix serving the higher education market with helpdesk and service desk support. They sent us an email saying they're looking to fill positions for 70 seasonal agents and will be holding a job fair this Wednesday, December 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 4130 E. Van Buren Street, Suite 250, in Phoenix. Interested applicants should complete an application online prior to attending the career fair.

A variety of jobs are available at Grand Canyon University . Not only are they looking to fill teaching positions but also for multimedia designer, lab coordinator, transcript entry specialist, mover, cashier, graduate assistant, maintenance worker and many more.

PayPal is busy hiring people to fill jobs like debit card teammate, integration engineer and MTS manager.

A growing Fortune 500 company, C.H. Robinson Worldwide has a number of openings listed this week. They range from operations support representative, to entry level freight representative, entry level account manager, customer service support representative, account manager, sourcing representative and transportation logistics internship.

Cutter Aviation is hiring for multiple positions. They're looking for customer service representatives, pilots, line service technician and greeter.

You love their food, now join their team. Chompie's has openings at their restaurants around the Valley including host/hostess, dishwashers, bagel baker, servers, deli clerk, part-time catering assistant and line and prep cooks.

If you have strong customer service skills, Sears is looking for you. They've listed positions for inbound customer service representatives, inbound call center specialist and inbound technical support representatives. Most positions come with paid training.

Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center has a few openings in Phoenix, Chandler and Surprise. The positions include medical billing and collections auditor, appointment center specialist, A/R auditor support, ophthalmic assistant manager and ophthalmic assistant.

Thrive Events has a number of openings listed this week. They range from community relations manager to executive PR assistant, marketing and advertising analyst, recruiter and administrative assistant, promotions coordinator and marketing manager.
