Phone calls, foreclosures and finding a contractor.
 
They are all part of this week's class action lawsuit settlements that could mean money for you.
 
Did you get a debt collection call from Synchrony Bank, formerly GE Capital?
 
Lawsuit allegations are they robocalled cell phones without permission and that could be illegal.
 
The settlement means if you got this call from August of 2008 to June of 2016, you could qualify for part of the $7 million settlement.
 
The deadline to file is November 14, 2016.
 
The bank claimed no wrongdoing in settling this lawsuit.

Angie's List advertises itself as the place to find reputable contractors and that their providers are positioned in searches based on best ratings from members.
 
But a class action lawsuit alleged contractor's could pay for premium positioning.
 
The settlement could mean up to $10 back or four free months of membership.
 
The deadline is November 15, 2016.

HSBC North America Holdings was accused of abusive practices involving mortgage foreclosures.
 
It involved foreclosure sales between 2008 and 2012.
 
It's a $470 million dollar settlement and those who qualify should get back at least $750.
 
The deadline to file is November 15, 2016.
 
HSBC claims no wrongdoing.
