A Phoenix man has been arrested after climbing three fences and entering the airfield at Sky Harbor International Airport.
Court records show that about 8 p.m. on February 27, a man climbed over two fences and got onto the north airfield at Sky Harbor Airport.

Police say, 35-year-old Philbert Van Winkle then entered the American Airlines hanger through an open door where he found an employee's tricycle and started riding it around the hangar.
He was soon detained by airline employees.
Police say Van Winkle admitted to climbing the fences and reportedly showed them where he entered the airfield. He allegedly admitted to police that he illegally entered the airfield, but said he was using it as a shortcut due to a family emergency.
He reportedly told police that he went into the hangar to get out of the rain, saw the tricycle and wanted to take it for a "test ride."
Van Winkle had been charged with criminal trespassing.
