PHOENIX — A man has been arrested for groping a woman at a South Phoenix McDonald’s.
Phoenix police report that Saturday night officers responded to the McDonald’s near 51st Avenue and Baseline Road.
A woman told police that a man, later identified as 31-year-old Joseph Scott Spesard, allegedly gave her an unwanted hug inside the restaurant. Spesard also reportedly grabbed the woman's breast.
Police spotted and arrested Spesard at a nearby business complex.
He is facing charges of criminal trespassing and sexual abuse.
A judge set his bond at $5,000. Online records indicated he remained in custody as of Monday afternoon.
