A concert ticket checker is accused of taking photos up a woman's skirt before a rock concert Wednesday night.
Phoenix police report that a witness saw a man, later identified as 19-year-old Kyle Allan King, bend over and take several photos of a woman as she was passing by.
The witness reportedly told police that King was pretending to tie his shoe while taking the photos.
King allegedly admitted to taking the pictures by telling police, " I don’t know, I just did it."
Police say King told them that he was at his post checking tickets for the Evanescence concert at the Ak-Chin Pavilion near 83rd Avenue and McDowell Road.
When he saw an attractive woman, he bent over and took several fast pictures from his phone.
King also told police that he got the idea from a porn video he saw.
He was arrested for taking surreptitious photos.
