Wanted: David Dequail Kelly
Charges: Probation violation on original charges of attempt to commit voyeurism.
On December 30, 2013, David Dequail Kelly was seen by Walmart security following female customers and taking cell phone picture up their skirts as they bent over. Authorities say video footage was also taken of the incidents.
Kelly was arrested a week later. In August of 2014, Kelly pleaded to attempted voyeurism and was sentenced to ten years probation beginning in July.
Authorities now say Kelly has failed to check in since June 6 of this year and is now a wanted man.
Kelly is 32 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
