This Friday, we're looking for your help to track down a fugitive in our state.

Wanted: Henry Brown
Charges: Probation violation of narcotic drug possession

Henry Brown has absconded from probation. He was supposed to be serving two years probation starting this past June. He also missed seven drug tests since July.

However, the back story on Brown is more disturbing.

He was given probation for narcotic drug use after police responded to a possible domestic violence call at his home.

According to police records, Brown accidentally called 911, and the operator heard an argument, during which one person said they were going to kill the other. Responding officers found Brown with a glass pipe with crack cocaine residue in it. The argument with his girlfriend was intense enough to send a 7-year-old child to their room to hide.

The child's mother was found to be extremely intoxicated and was also arrested.

Brown convinced authorities that he learned his lesson while in jail and did not want to go to prison, where he said his drug use would increase.

The drug arrest was not Brown's first run-in with law enforcement.

In 2010 he was stopped at Zipp's bar in Scottsdale after he smashed a 32-ounce glass mug into the eye of another patron, leaving shards of glass in the man's eye. The man was trying to stop a fight between Brown, his friend, and other customers.

Brown was also involved in several other crimes, including fighting and weapons violations.

Brown is 47-years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 170 pounds. He also has a "grim reaper" tattoo on his chest.

If you know anything about his whereabouts, please contact Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
